Dance Tonight requests the pleasure of your company at this year's Fall Younger Set! Join us for a night on the town as we enjoy a full plated dinner of your choice, cash bar, hors d'oeuvres, big band music, and hours of blissful dancing!
DETAILS: Dress is cocktail/formal, suit or tux. (Black tie optional). Location is at the Fairyland Club on Lookout Mountain. Self parking and complimentary valet are both available. Social hour begins at 6:00pm. (Cash bar. No outside alcohol). Dinner at 7:00pm. Dancing starts at 8:00pm and ends at 11:00pm. 1. Panko-crusted Flounder with pimento-cheese grits and bacon-balsamic collard greens.
2. Chicken Roulade stuffed with figs and fall vegetables and parmesan shallot risotto.
3. Bacon-wrapped Pork Tenderloin with white cheddar ravioli, caramelized onions and honey mustard cream.
***All entrees come with homemade bread and sweet cream butter. A spinach side salad with candied pecans and lemon-herbed vinaigrette. Chocolate cheesecake with a bourbon caramel sauce for dessert. And coffee and tea upon request.
